1. Glass fiber strength layer: It is a rope composed of multiple strands of glass fiber rope, which is spirally wound around the pitch line of the tape along the width of the tape. It has high strength, small elongation, good corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
2. Butadiene belt back: Made of high-quality butadiene rubber raw material, it firmly bonds the glass fiber to the position of the knot line, which plays the role of protecting the strong layer and prevents the belt from being damaged due to friction.
3. Belt tooth: It is composed of nylon cloth with good wear resistance and butadiene rubber with high shear strength and appropriate hardness.
