YONGHANG supplies a complete lineup of high-performance V-belt pulleys (sheaves) designed to ISO 4183, DIN 2211, and ANSI/RMA standards. Cast from high-grade fine-grained gray iron (GG25 / HT250), ductile iron, and steel, our pulleys feature precision-machined grooves to minimize belt wear, heat build-up, and slippage. We support full standard series including SPA, SPB, SPC, SPZ, A, B, C, 3V, 5V, and 8V profiles, available in both taper lock bushing design and custom finished bore configurations with dynamic balancing for high-speed operation.Shaft Mounting: Taper Lock Bushing vs. Pilot BoreTaper Lock Bushing Pulleys (TB Series): Pre-machined to accept standard Taper Lock Bushings (e.g., 1008 to 5050). Allows fast, keyless assembly and easy disassembly on motor shafts without special tools.
Finished Bore & Pilot Bore Pulleys: Machined with a solid hub for custom shaft boring, keyways (DIN 6885 standard), and set screws according to customer CAD drawings.
