(1) Switch off the power, remove the guard and loosen the motor assembly bolts. Move the motor so that the vacuum belt is loose enough to be removed without prying it off. Remember this: never pry the belt off.
(2) Remove the old vacuum belt and check for abnormal wear. Excessive wear may indicate a problem with the design or maintenance of the drive.
(3) Select a suitable replacement vacuum belt.
(4) Always clean the vacuum belt and pulleys by rubbing a rag with a small amount of a non-volatile liquid. Soaking the belt in detergent or brushing it with detergent is not advisable. To remove oil and dirt, rubbing with sandpaper or scraping with a sharp object is obviously not advisable either. Keep the vacuum film puller belt dry before installation and use.
(5) Check the vacuum belt pulley for abnormal wear or cracks, if there is excessive wear then the vacuum film puller pulley needs to be replaced.
(6) Check if the pulley is symmetrical in a straight line. It is vital that the pulleys are straight and symmetrical for the operation of the drive belt, especially the vacuum belt drive.
(7) Check the symmetry, durability and lubrication of the remaining drive components, such as bearings and bushings.
(8) Install the new vacuum belt without prying or using excessive force.
(9) Tighten the drive unit distance until the vacuum belt tension is appropriate as measured by the tension gauge. Turn the coil active pulley by hand and remeasure the tension.
(10)Start the device and observe the performance of the vacuum belt, check if there is any abnormal vibration, listen carefully if there is any abnormal noise, it is better to turn off the machine and check the condition of the bearings and motor; if it feels too hot to touch, it may be that the belt is too tight, or the bearings are not symmetrical, or the lubrication is not correct.
