POM, also known as polyoxymethylene, is a non-toxic, hard, and dense material with a smooth and glossy surface. It is primarily used in automotive parts, instruments, and machine tools.Temperature range: -40°C to 80°C

POM possesses high strength and stiffness, with mechanical properties similar to those of metallic materials. Its impact resistance is slightly weaker than that of ABS and PS plastics, but it exhibits excellent wear resistance and good self-lubricating properties.

It is primarily used in gears and bearings, offering outstanding fatigue resistance with a fatigue strength of up to 35 MPa, surpassing PA and PC materials. It also boasts excellent electrical insulation properties, unaffected by temperature and humidity.

In POM plastic chain plates, POM exhibits high hardness, strength, and rigidity, along with excellent physical, mechanical, and chemical properties, particularly outstanding wear resistance. However, it is not resistant to strong acids and alkalis, so it is not suitable for direct contact with food. It is suitable for applications in logistics conveying industries, washing conveying lines, printing conveying industries, corrugated conveying lines, automotive manufacturing conveying lines, beverage bottle and can conveying lines, etc.

 

PP material has medium strength and high toughness, with a temperature range of -0°C to 100°C (becomes brittle at low temperatures).

It has strong chemical resistance and is resistant to acids, alkalis, and solvents.

Furthermore, PP material is environmentally friendly, complies with FDA standards, and can come into direct contact with food. It is suitable for use in food processing, corrosive environments, and food factory baking lines (high temperature + hygiene requirements).

PE material In addition to its acid and alkali resistance, also has excellent aging resistance, including weather resistance, ozone resistance, sunlight resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, steam resistance, UV resistance, and radiation resistance. It also has excellent chemical resistance, including resistance to acids, alkalis, detergents, animal and vegetable oils, alcohols, and ketones. It also has outstanding resistance to water, hot water, steam, and polar oils, as well as excellent insulation and corrosion resistance, making it less susceptible to corrosion from harmful substances during use.

It has a wide temperature range, with a minimum operating temperature of -40 to -60 degrees Celsius, and can be used continuously at 130°C!
