Fusing Machine Belts
Fusing Machine Belts are made from PTFE coated fabrics that have been carbon loaded. This creates an anti-static product. The two grades we offer are either 0.25mm thick or 0.37mm thick which are made into finished belts which are usually endless. A scarfed overlap joint is usually the preferred type. We also offer seamless belts of certain sizes upon request

Fusing Machine Belt is designed for Fusing Press machines, Flat Type Fusing Press machines, Seamless machines, Heat-transfer Press machines and so on.
It is made of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, the basic fabric is weaved specially, has no joint and very smooth.
After weaving, this belt is coated with high quality PTFE, which ensure the super Non-stick surface of this belt.
Any impurity which will stick to the belt can be removed with ease so that the machines are always clean.
Teflon Fusion Belt can resist heat up to 260 degrees, and can be made into Anti-static surface to prevent electrostatic. Youngsun’ belt has very good quality and long lifetime.
