Our poly-V belts /Flat belt are not fabricated but produced in a single piece: no glue, no joint, no failure! Both Energy Grip and V-Energy Grip series belts are mostly manufactured with fabric wrapped edges to prevent fraying and cord extraction. In case of high vertical pressure, we can add special Reinforcement Fabrics in order to avoid the longitudinal splitting of the belt.
