Teflon Belt with rivet/Button for Sealing Machine is designed for packaging machines to pack toilet tissue and hygiene rolls, this continuous sealing machine belt acts as a non-stick and heat transfer barrier between heating plate and wrapping film. Each machine require two belts two belts that run in tandem side by side with a hot plate that in contact with the inside of the belts as they run. The hot plate heats the belts to melt the plastic wrapping on both sides at the same time as it conveys the roll and tissue through the machine.

Teflon sealer belt for tissue packing normally run with tracking systems such as tracking studs, PTFE or Kevlar cord, silicone cord and eyelets, the tracking system fits groove of the rollers, helps to prevent belt from tracking off and extend life span of belts.
