3.1 DPK Double-Sided V-Ribbed Belt Application
Typical structure: Motor pulley → DPK belt → Roller pulley → Tension pulley
Advantages: Compact structure, stable transmission, low noise, long service life and less maintenance, suitable for large and medium-sized flour mill production lines.
3.2 Double-Sided Composite Drive Belt (Synchronous + V-Ribbed)
Structure: Synchronous teeth on one side, DPK/PK v-ribs on the other.
Features: No slipping, accurate positioning, double-sided drive, overload protection.
Application: Main transmission and roller transmission of flour mills/grinders.
3.3 Traditional V-Belt (Triangle Belt) for Flour Mills
Common types: A/B/C type triangle belt, linked V-belt.
Disadvantages: Large space occupation, many roots, easy slipping and short service life.
Replacement: Gradually replaced by PK/DPK v-ribbed belts and double-sided composite belts.

4.1 What size of DPK belt is suitable for my flour mill?
Please provide the brand, model and motor power of your flour mill, our customer service will help you accurately match the corresponding DPK belt model (wedge number + length) for free, no need to measure by yourself.
4.2 How long can the flour mill belt be used?
Under normal continuous operation, the high-quality EPDM rubber DPK/PK belt can be used for 6-12 months. It is made of wear-resistant and anti-stretching material, not easy to break or stretch.
4.3 What should I do if the belt slips or overheats during operation?
Slipping is mostly caused by loose or worn belts; adjust the tension pulley appropriately. Overheating is usually due to excessive load or too small belt model; it is recommended to replace it with a reinforced belt of corresponding specification, and we can provide selection suggestions.
4.4 Can we customize special size belts for modified flour mills?
Yes, we support non-standard customization. Please provide parameters such as circumference, width and model, and we can customize flat belts, linked v-ribbed belts and DPK double-sided belts to meet the needs of modified machines and special models.
