We have a choice of polyamide or polyester folder-gluer belts, both with NBR rubber covers. Our folder-gluer belts provide first class reversed bending properties, excellent abrasion resistance and exceptional dimensional stability. With a constant and safe grip precise folding is assured, and there is no marking of the transported goods.
Choose polyester folder-gluer belts for a variety of carton and corrugated cardboard box folding applications at machine speeds of up to 750m per minute. Polyamide folder-gluer belts are perfect for all common box folding processes as well as tube winders. Polyester belts allow for adhesive free joining with the Flexproof method while the traditional polyamide belts are joined using the Thermofix adhesive system.
