Using a variety of Polyurethane and Neoprene timing base belts, Passaic has the ability to produce seamless top rubber coverings on these base substrates in the 40-55 Shore A hardness. Coatings are available in Natural Rubber, Neoprene, Nitrile, FDA Elastomers and Urethane.
Perforated VFFS timing belts are also offered with different types of hole shapes removed throughout surface coating to produce uniform pulls and even suction of the vacuum throughout. Tooth removal on the base belt is also offered based on the OEM requirements.
